Carolyn has nearly three decades of experience in global human resources, working with fast-growing startups to medium-sized and Fortune 500 organizations. At InfluxData, she leads all aspects of talent strategy, including global HR operations, people management, learning and development as well as diversity and inclusion. Previously, she served as SVP of People for Auth0, overseeing hiring and employee development, as well as leading its people integration efforts during its merger with Okta. She has also held senior leadership roles at Apple, Mercedes-Benz and Samsung.
