InfluxDB Clusters on Your Infrastructure

InfluxDB to used to monitor their application and state-of-health data. This gives Nanometrics great insight into how their software is running, identify problems and improve the scalability of their applications.
Nanometrics offers a suite of process control tools to help manufacturers as they shrink designs to sub 30nm nodes and develop robust solutions for vertical IC integration.
