Learn how to query data stored in InfluxDB 3 using familiar SQL commands. In this session, you’ll explore how to retrieve, filter, and aggregate time series data using the CLI and HTTP API. In addition, we’ll walk through how to leverage InfluxDB 3 Explorer for easy schema browsing and querying on demand.
We’ll cover the basics of SQL querying and walk through time-based operations like grouping, aggregation, and downsampling. You’ll also learn how to use functions such as DATE_BIN and INTERPOLATE to handle real-world time series scenarios.
The training will briefly touch on InfluxQL for comparison, helping you understand how it relates to SQL in InfluxDB 3. By the end of this course, you’ll understand how to efficiently query and analyze data across your InfluxDB 3 environment.
