InfluxData Announces New Executive Leadership Appointments

Leading time series data provider names its first Chief Revenue Officer and Chief People Officer, new Chief Marketing Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, September 28, 2021InfluxData, creator of the leading time series platform InfluxDB, today announced three new additions to its executive leadership team, adding Arwa Kaddoura as Chief Revenue Officer and Carolyn Moore as Chief People Officer, and appointing Brian Mullen to Chief Marketing Officer. All three executives will report to InfluxData CEO Evan Kaplan.

As InfluxData’s first Chief Revenue Officer, Kaddoura brings nearly two decades of experience in cloud go-to-market strategies and scaling startups and large enterprises with triple-digit growth. At InfluxData, Kaddoura will lead all global sales activities, including sales enablement, customer success, and technical support and services. Previously, Kaddoura was Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Go-to-Market at HPE Greenlake Cloud Services, and Senior Director at Microsoft, leading Azure Cloud App Dev Go-to-Market. Kaddoura also led the sales strategy and operations team for Xamarin, which was acquired by Microsoft.

Moore joins InfluxData as the company’s first Chief People Officer, leading all aspects of talent strategy for InfluxData’s rapidly growing workforce, including global HR operations, people management, learning and development as well as diversity and inclusion. She previously served as Senior Vice President of People for Auth0, where she pioneered all aspects of its people strategies and developed a holistic approach for global recruiting, HR operations, HR business partnership, employee experience, culture and internal communications. She previously held senior leadership roles at organizations including Apple, Mercedes-Benz and Samsung.

During the past four years at InfluxData, Mullen served as Vice President and General Manager of Cloud, and before that as Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Development and New Markets as well as Vice President of Connectivity and Mobility at Twilio. In his new role as Chief Marketing Officer, Mullen will oversee InfluxData’s global marketing strategy and lead the company’s go-to-market efforts, both for its InfluxDB self-managed offering as well as its InfluxDB Cloud solution.
