Molly Norris Walker

Molly is a serial head of design at high-growth startups. She has been on a learning journey taking new initiatives from concept to market across four continents with human-centered design and agile methodologies. She is passionate about elevating tech successes outside of Silicon Valley. Before startup land, Molly was a lead designer at Pivotal, IDEO.org, The World Bank, ABC News, and Washington Post Newsweek Interactive. She holds a Masters Degree from the Oxford Internet Institute. Her home base is a small island, and she s an avid beachcomber.
