Anyone with an InfluxDB Cloud account can apply for the program, but a limited number of users will be selected. The base criteria for selection is for users with high cardinality use cases or workloads.

At this time, the Beta Program is only available in AWS (Virginia/us-east-1). When we launch these new features publicly, they will be available in all cloud providers and regions that InfluxDB Cloud currently supports.

Yes. However, the bulk upload tools will not be available when the program launches. To migrate historical data, you will need to send it through the write API. Bulk upload tools will be available at a later date.
