Rick King is part of the Support Team at InfluxData, where his responsibilities include monitoring Cloud customer's uptime availability, and assisting customers with their questions. Before InfluxData, Rick worked at another open source company called Zimbra, which is an open source messaging platform; i.e. E-mail, Calendar, & Mobile. Rick currently lives in Star, Idaho, where his hobbies are oil painting, and woodworking. Rick holds an MA in Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
