A new maintenance release for Telegraf is available now.

This maintenance release of Telegraf includes improvements to the following plugins:

  1. Processes Input (processes)
    • Fixed an issue to warn without an error when processes input plugin is started on Windows
  2. X.509 Cert Input (x509_cert)
    • Fixed an issue to only parse certificate blocks in x509_cert input
  3. vSphere Input (vsphere)
    • Added custom attributes for all resource types in vSphere input
  4. SNMP Input (snmp)
    • Fixed URL agent address form with UDP in SNMP input
  5. S.M.A.R.T. Input (smart)
    • Changed logic in S.M.A.R.T. input plugin to allow recording of device fields when attributes is false
  6. Kafka Output (kafka)
    • Fixed an issue to not add invalid timestamps to Kafka messages
  7. JSON Parser (json)
    • Fixed the json_strict option and set a default of true
