InfluxDB Cloud 1.0
InfluxDB Cloud 1 offers a Managed Database as a Service using all the components of the InfluxData platform. Under this service offering, subscribers can harness the power of all the Telegraf plugins, InfluxDB Enterprise, Chronograf, and Kapacitor.
InfluxDB Cloud comes in a variety of configurations that can be purchased online, or for custom configurations please contact sales.
Telegraf – all Telegraf plugins can be deployed with your InfluxDB Cloud service at no additional fee.
InfluxDB is automatically backed up every hour and always keeps three days of backups available to subscribers. InfluxDB Cloud also includes the InfluxDB cluster instances to support service availability.
Chronograf - All subscriptions contain Chronograf—a user interface that provides administrative capabilities for creating databases, setting up data retention policies and defining users and access controls. It provides a means for writing data into the database, looking into your data with a data exploration tool, a simple-to-use query builder, and dashboarding capabilities. Further, you can create up to 25 alert definitions with Kapacitor at no additional charge, which can be sent through a wide variety of alert services such as HipChat, Slack, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, and more. As part of InfluxDB Cloud, you are allowed to invite up to 25 users (including the account owner) to access your subscription(s) via Chronograf. If you have multiple subscriptions, the user access can be further refined within the instance of Chronograf associated with each subscription. If you need more than 25 users to access your subscriptions, please contact support to discuss pricing and activation.
Kapacitor - If you need to define more than the pre-specified number of alerts, you can purchase an add-on to your Kapacitor instance to take advantage of the full power of the InfluxData platform.
Cluster Plans
InfluxDB Cloud provides production-ready InfluxDB clusters hosted on AWS. Below is a recommended set of boundaries to help you determine which plan will fit with your use case. Of course, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Usage-based Storage
Each subscription comes with a default amount of storage. If you exceed the amount of effective storage allocated to your plan, additional storage will automatically be added to your subscription.
Additional storage blocks are $20/month which adds an additional 16GB of effective storage to your plan.
Grafana Plans
For those InfluxDB Cloud subscribers who want to leverage the power of Grafana for rich visualization and dashboard building, Grafana version 5.x is available as an add-on to InfluxDB Cloud for an additional fee. This add-on provides full multi-tenant support for Grafana allowing for the full Grafana experience to different sets of users and groups from a single node on InfluxDB Cloud along with the ability to configure plug-ins and leverage the native alert capabilities of Grafana.
