Being part of the Support Team, her role is to address any issues with respect to customers’ Enterprise cluster services, which includes proactive monitoring and addressing any issues before they become bigger issues. Also, the Support Team helps customers with any technical questions and with troubleshooting production issues. The Team educates customers on all InfluxData products and ensures they have all the knowledge required to access our products.
